Okusna enolončnica iz kislega zelja in prosene kaše je popolna ideja za hladne dni.
SESTAVINE
2 rdeče čebule
500 g kislega zelja
250 g mešanega
mletega mesa
6 zvrhanih žlic
prosene kaše
1 žlica sladke
paprike
2 vejice timijana
1 čajna žlička
majarona
1 noževa konica
muškatnega oreščka
¼ čajne žličke
grobo mletega tribarvnega popra
1 čajna žlička soli
30 ml olivnega olja

PRIPRAVA
Čebulo očistimo in narežemo na majhne kocke. Nato čebulo stresemo v kozico, pokapamo z oljem in pražimo toliko časa, da oveni.
Dodamo mleto meso in na srednjem dovodu toplotne energije pražimo 5 minut.
Praženemu mesu dodamo kislo zelje in začimbe (sol, poper, majaron, timijan, muškatni orešček).
Premešamo. Kozico pokrijemo in dušimo 10 minut.
Potrosimo z mleto rdečo papriko in prelijemo s 1500 ml vode.
Ko voda zavre kuhamo 25 minut.
Nato dodamo proseno kašo, prelijemo s 600 ml vode, premešamo in kuhamo še 12 minut.
